COVID 19 INFO ISSUE

A MESSAGE FROM
2020 Alumni Board of Directors 

A Message for our SCPA Family,

In these uncertain times, we hope that you and your families are safe, healthy, and surrounded by love. We all have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes our younger brothers and sisters still enrolled at SCPA. 

The Class of 2020 may be missing out on some traditional senior events. Social Distancing is still being enforced in Ohio and we know this will have a significant impact on the traditional act of Graduation. Details will be shared.  We are a family, and it is our Association’s mission to support our members as well as our alma mater as we work within the guidelines of social distancing as set by the State of Ohio. 

We are proud to announce that the Alumni Association has the chance to support our Alumni families in the weeks to come. 

  • We have kicked off our first Dare to Dream Scholarship in the amount of $500 to qualifying SCPA seniors. 

  • Our alumni board will also be checking in on our members within the coming weeks.

  •  We also have interactive posts on social media like Challenges, Throwback Thursdays, and Morning Workouts. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • We are gearing up to present our Give Me 5 Campaign, to help support our Alumni Association and our various efforts to support the SCPA Community. 

Given our current circumstances, there are a lot of events that are tentative at this time. We will try our best to communicate when these events will be happening. 

In the meantime, The board has developed a special issue of the Alumni Newsletter.  In this issue we will be providing helpful information related to COVID-19. Multiple services will be made available for those who may need help during this time.

Our family is stronger together. Continue to check in on our Alumni brothers and sisters and encourage one another through this tough time.
