How to Vote for the candidates for the Board of Directors
VOTING OPENS TO VOTING MEMBERS VIA EMAILED LINK.
DEADLINE FOR YOUR VOTE IS COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL AS WELL!

Please follow these prompts:
- To cast your vote, you must be registered and a paid member in the Alumni Directory up to a week prior to the election. If you have not yet registered; or, if you don’t remember if you registered, CLICK HERE TO REGISTER NOW.
- You may vote for no more than the available candidates, please check back on our website and social media for the announcement of our candidates.
- Return your completed vote document via email, as directed.
After the vote count is completed, the announcement of the officially elected Board of Directors will be sent, via email, to all registered voters; and, will be posted on the Alumni Association’s website and across all its social media platforms.

2022 Election Schedule (Dates subject to change and all changes will be communicated to our alumni community)
November 7th – Solicit nominations for potential board members Starts
November 21st – December 5th Gauge interest and collect candidate materials
December 5th /6th – Schedule interviews
December 7th – 12th – Conduct interviews
December 15th – Due date for candidates to pay annual dues
December 16th – Announce elections
December 19th – January 3rd – Election period
January 9th – Announcement of new board members
